How does Circulate Therapy work ?
EECP Treatment Made Simple
At Circulate Therapy, patients complete 35 one-hour sessions over about 7 weeks. This non-invasive therapy is designed to help the heart pump more efficiently and improve circulation.
During each session, you’ll lie comfortably on a treatment table while soft cuffs—similar to large blood pressure cuffs—are wrapped around your calves, thighs, and hips. These cuffs gently inflate and deflate in rhythm with your heartbeat.
When the cuffs inflate, they push blood back toward your heart, improving blood flow and giving your heart more oxygen.
When the cuffs deflate, they reduce the effort your heart needs to pump, lowering its workload.
Over time, this process helps your heart work better, eases symptoms, and gives you more energy to enjoy everyday life.
Next Step Toward a Healthier Heart
EECP therapy can provide relief for a wide range of cardiovascular symptoms, particularly those linked to reduced blood flow and oxygen supply to the heart. The most common condition it addresses is chronic stable angina, which presents as recurring chest pain or discomfort caused by narrowed coronary arteries. Many individuals also experience shortness of breath, fatigue, and low stamina that make daily activities challenging. EECP can help reduce these limitations by improving circulation and enhancing the heart’s efficiency. Patients who struggle with poor exercise tolerance, leg discomfort from limited blood flow, or a heavy, tight feeling in the chest often find significant relief after completing treatment. Clinical research has also shown that EECP can improve overall energy, reduce the frequency and intensity of angina episodes, and enhance quality of life. For people who have exhausted traditional medical options or are not candidates for surgery, EECP offers a non-invasive, proven alternative that directly targets the root cause of these symptoms by improving coronary perfusion and reducing cardiac workload.
